Just saying, with how particular Feanor is with his name, I find it highly amusing to think he would hate us allĀ ācause weāre mostly too lazy to put the accent on.Ā
Sometimes when Im out and I need to eat , I walk around , sometimes up to an hour , trying to decide what to eat . I often want to eat what's nearby for convenience but a lot of foods I feel like I can't eat them cause it doesn't feel "right" at the time ... So quite frequently I just skip meals cause I take so long to come to a conclusion that I need to move on to my next errand , should I be concerned about this or am I just overthinking what is just picky eating ? Thanks!

Honestly, thatās a tough call. It could be being picky, but if youāre concerned, itās best to get it checked out by a professional. Itās possible that thereās something more going on than being picky. For me, I get picky about what I eat similar to this (to the extent of skipping meals when I canāt figure out what to eat) when Iām anxious because the anxiety gives me both stomach issues and issues making decisions.
But, the fact that youāre reaching out makes me think that talking with your doctor or a therapist is a good idea.
