Château— Where do you think you’ll find peace?
i know i need to settle down in a place with lots of old buildings. idk why but being around old things feels very calming and grounding to me. same thing with forests, probably because i grew up with one essentially right next door. so i’ll need a place with old things and a forest that isnt too far away. doesnt necessarily have to be fully rural because i think my mind would just shrivel from complete lack of stimulation eventually

ok so i currently work as a volunteer at the school i graduated from, so i interact with people who used to teach me p much every day. and my former math teacher just has this way of making you feel like you belong? like he’ll say stuff like “you’re always welcome here” or “you can do anything” in the most sincere and genuine way that WILL sort of make you want to cry a little. hes a very kind person and we sometimes play guitar together, and it doesnt matter at all that im not very good at it. and yea this is a lot but people like him give me hope
