I think it's fine to have regrets. I have plenty of regrets, mostly about things that I've done that have hurt other people or could have. I used to deny that I had regrets because I thought it wasn't right and that instead we should leave those decisions in the past. It seems like people claim that they don't have regrets as a way to show that they're really living. Now I believe that you can regret something and move on. And you can also have no regrets but still become stuck in the past. Make sure that you are living what you want to be living within the inevitable limits of your circumstances. There are a lot of important decisions I've made about what field I'm in that I don't regret because I trust that they were the right decisions when I made them. And yet I was stuck. I'm pretty much unstuck now, but took a lot of work, time, and patience because getting out of being stuck is a lot like untangling a knot. There's no clear solution. You just have to try things until eventually things feel a whole lot easier. #stuck #phoenixprocess #vegan #dairyfree #plantbased #veganlife #hclf #health #crueltyfree #life #career #lifestyle #decisions #regret #nevergiveup #movingon #past #present #livinginthemoment #grief #countrylife #centralpa #hay #harvest #farm
