BODY APPRECIATION I've been on this journey to find myself for a while now and I'm probably just as close to my end goal as I was 6 months ago, but what matters to me is that I'm having a good time and becoming the best "me" I can be. Taking care of my body is a very big thing to me as I used to be 220lbs/size 20 in May 2014 when I graduated high school. I've dropped about 70lbs/13 dress sizes which is HUGE progress but I'm nowhere near done. But I've never been more proud of myself, seeing myself rock a bikini this year without fear of being judged was incredible. Because of my progress so far and where I see myself, I have made a promise to myself to do one nice thing for myself daily. Today I went for a walk because my anxiety was creeping up on me and instead of letting it win, I went to my happy place and felt instantly better.
