PHILASIFER cites Count Basie, Nina Simone, KRS One, Nas, Weezer, George Benson, and Ellis Regina as his music influences, Philasifer specializes in a potent mix of meaningful rhymes with marvelous music that you can relate and dance to.

Since the late 90's, PHILASIFER has been a passionate promoter of hip-hop, whether he's the main artist interpreting or the music producer behind it. He's collaborated with a myriad of artists, produced oh-so-many tracks (Rebellious’ ‘Ride With Me', Nos Leratz’ ‘Don’t Drink the Kool Aide, Amber Ojeda's 'Broken Is Broken', etc etc), and have been in hip-hop crews (Uncontrolled Substance and Real Talk).
