It is the birthday of Florence Nightingale, founder of modern nursing. She suffered from a fatiguing illness similar to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) or fibromyalgia. CFS is a complex medical condition. There is excessive fatigue for a long time and this fatigue does not go after rest. And it affects day to day activity. Beware of its causes and symptoms. And as of treatment is concerned, no specific treatment but through a healthy lifestyle, condition may improve.
