After years of failing to get publishers to consider his work, Yoongi finally took the advice of another author online and started churning out gay erotic fiction under a pen name to pay the bills. It turns out he has a knack for it and has recently finished his tenth publication. He’s still trying to write the novel he always dreamed of and when it’s finally finished, it will be the first of his work which he plans to publish under his own name.

His second job is the super in a modest apartment complex in Tucson, Arizona. He tends the grounds, changes light bulbs and maintains a swimming pool in the courtyard that no one ever uses. In exchange, he pays no rent and gets the time to write in between fixing leaky faucets and helping Mrs. Guilder in 206 make her way up and down the steps.

His life is comfortingly predictable. That is until Jimin, the new tenant in 103, turns everything upside down.
