Made myself and my mother a spell jar for love and strength. Our anxiety jars smashed at the same time yesterday, so i think it’s time to refresh and channel some fresh energy 🌸🌿

My first jar to help myself and others with anxiety. I used rosemary, pet grass, sage, camomile, bay leaf, amethyst and clear quartz. As well as a sigil “I am protected against anxiety” that @enchantedmoonperth drew for me. I then sealed it with wax from a candle I used to help calm anxiety 🌙🔮🌱
