ugh I feel so bad for you, I hope you can get it sorted with the DM!

Thanks. I have had some kind of good news. My partner did speak to him after last session, and asked him if needs a break, and he replied with yes. So I really don’t think he is going to be GMing for more than a couple of weeks if that.

Then he will just become the problematic player on the table. Which is much less of an issue, because he is just one voice that has no extra weight on the table, and his power as a GM is taken away. My partner’s say becomes the weight, and he doesn’t pick on players.

Well he will have some encounters were one player might get targeted for story reasons, but he really makes sure that is spread evenly. So that is actually fun, and rather than feeling passive aggressive. It is something that gives a player a story, rather then making them feel like the GM has a personal problem with them that he is not leaving off the table, or even talking to them about it.

The down side is my partner doesn’t want to take over this game permanently because he would rather run something else. He has a couple of ideas to be going on with for the currently game though.

He would be rather running 4th ed D&D which is actually one of his favourite systems, and THE favourite system of 2 the players (including myself). The new player is also found of the system, however the problem GM will refuse to play it.

I question how I use my time, and yet, I have no regrets.

Getting SOME money from clearance stock is better than NO money at all!

Pretty much yeah, some of my stock has been there for a really long time actually. The dolls clothes I have had in my store have been there for well over a year.
