The sheer volume of hot (cold) takes and general turbulence is causing unnecessary currents that damage the delicate substrate
The agitation is so intense it makes good surface snacking difficult
There's endless fighting over what color shrimp should actually be, which is a waste of perfectly good caridina energy
Basically, the water is too acidic for anyone's liking
The Amano states that this climate is actively preventing a clean shed of the old exoskeleton-- you can't achieve growth when you're constantly stressed.
