Good and Bad
Bad things that happened today:
# I cancelled my skype-date with a good friend whom I haven't spoken to in a long time yesterday evening because I had felt like shit all day and didn't want to talk to anyone. I'd just have been either whiny or silent. Now apparently he doesn't speak to me, at any rate he hasn't answered to my message although he must have seen it. I refuse to feel guilty.
# I kind of lied to my mum because I didn't want her to know how bad it's been recently. She'll only worry and make me worry because she worries. She always tells me how much she worries. As if I'm doing this to make her worry.
# Didn't go to bed earlier, won't get enough sleep again.
# I whined to my friends needlessly, as it didn't get me anywhere and made me feel foolish.
Good things that happened today:
# ...but it was good to see them anyhow.
# I got up in the morning!
# Although breakfast was cut short and in half by distraction, I managed to feed myself sufficiently today.
# I went to the park and had a nap there. The most refreshing thing I've done in a while.
# I didn't cry today.
# My best friend texted me to apologise for being a bitch to me the other day. She's going through a not so great time herself and I shouldn't blame her, although I wish she'd pay a little more attention when I say I feel bad, instead of saying "Yeah, me too", and then starting to talk about her problems without ever asking me about mine.
# I had a really bad moment of "I don't have a purpose in life, and apart from my parents no one really needs me to be here." Instead of giving in to despair I continued to make dinner.
# My fingernails are pink now. Cheerful. I think.
# I made a picture of Batman, which I've been wanting to do for days. I also used my tablet for it, which is good because I never use the bloody thing and consequently I can't handle it very well even though I've had it for months and months.
