I TOTALLY AGREE. people like to give the hinny relationship so much shit, but they are so good for each other?? i love hinny with a passion, and ginny and harry understand each other on a level others don’t.

this brings me to my favorite hinny moment when harry breaks up with her to protect her and she is SO ACCEPTING of it cause she UNDERSTANDS and loves him so much i just think this shows the strength of their relationship and how pure their feelings are for each other ugh i love them so much i’m crying

LISTEN THEY’RE MY ACTUAL FAVES i love college au helnik so so so much and also???  i Need to talk abt college au matthias for a sec because.  ok.  matthias who ended up at some super religious boarding school for “troubled youth” after his parents died.  matthias being separated from his younger sister because nobody cared enough to try and keep them together.  theology major matthias who switches to english lit because he’s moving away from his upbringing and doing what actually interests him.  graduate matthias going into social work because the system failed him badly and failed some of his best friends even worse and he wants to make sure it doesn’t happen to any more kids, at least not the ones he can help.

Matthias pauses in the middle of pulling on his boots to look up at where Nina’s sitting, wrapped up in a fluffy duvet, hair falling over her face and into her eyes.  The thought of joining her again is tempting, but he ignores it and reaches for his other boot.

“You can’t run to the gym on Christmas,” Nina persists. “In the snow.”  

“I’m not going to run,” Matthias says primly.

Nina flops back onto the pillows. “Suit yourself.  I’m staying here.”
