light thru

as warmer showers

ask me to go slowly

i would like to ask

for a moment of quiet

to feel this sky with

you

..

See that train in the distance?

I wonder who's on board.

I wonder where they come from,

where they're going to disembark.

..

..

Maybe I'll board the train

sometime, to see the coast.

This valley is almost too familiar.

This valley speaks to me.

I feel certain of the weather,

and coastal zones are places

known for uncertain flux.

..

..

Thinking.. Thinking..

Oh, I should follow everybody's advice.

No one said sleeping

on it til morning was a bad idea,

or to stretch the nerves of the stomach

often enough...

..

..

So the knots are even prevented

from forming in the first place,

I can hope for the best rest,

for a good night's sleep....
