I made the perfect over-medium fried eggs earlier. Normally I accidentally crispy up the eggs but they stayed a perfect white. Have no idea what I did differently, though.
On a cold winter morning bake the perfect 'boiled' egg and warm your toes at the same time.
***Put them in a muffin tin or just on the racks themselves and bake for 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees.
