☀️My animation for the 30th anniversary of Kirby Super Star

2026 is the year of the 30th anniversary for the Tamagotchi brand. It looks like Bandai Namco is starting the celebrations early and they will likely continue all year! To commemorate the 30th anniversary, a Tamagotchi exhibit will tour Japan, starting on Wednesday, January 7th, 2025 at the Roppongi Museum.

What exhibit would be complete without a gift shop? There will of course be exclusive items.

First, a Tamagotchi Original collaborative shell with Mitsuhiro Higuchi, a Japanese artist. The device and packaging feature an original design of Mitshiro Higuchi who uses a unique method of art, and portrays the 30 years of progress colorfully designed and jumping out. Priced at ¥5,500 including tax.

Second, Tama Mori 30th Anniversary Special Set of stickers. First released back in 2011, and back for the 30th anniversary. These stickers are from the Reiwa era, and are a great edition to the collection. Priced at ¥638 including tax.

Third, Gotchi Cards. These exhibition exclusive cards come in a pack of 6 and feature some of the newest Tamagotchi Paradise characters. Priced at ¥3,300 including tax.

Fourth, Tamagotchi Miniature Charm Collection 30th Anniversary. These actually look similar, if not identical to the ones you find at Gashapon machines! However they contain an exclusive tag on the keychain indicating the 30th anniversary. Priced at ¥400 including tax.

Fifth, 30th Anniversary Mametchi Mascot Keychain. Adorable Mametchi in a metallic finish on a golden carabiner keychain. Priced at ¥2,420.
