And it's truly damn good! 😍 Went to Sothy's pepper farm to learn more about this beautiful product 💯 The fresh pepper harvest is from March to May. They wait for at least 20% of the pods to be red (the rest being green) before collecting it. The pepper is then boiled and dried. The green pepper becomes black, the red one becomes white.
