Of all the metallic nail polishes (excluding stuff like Minx), Essie's are the most metally. Unfortunately, they are not for novices, the heavy handed or the impatient. Opaque in one coat. One super carefully applied coat. If you're using Seche Vite as your top coat, I suggest polishing one hand at a time. Penny Talk dries FAST.
