Peanut Butter Cornflake Clusters are a delightful combination of sweet and crunchy. These no-bake treats are quick and easy to make, perfect for a snack or dessert.
Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup light corn syrup. 6 cups cornflakes cereal. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Put peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a large saucepan and mix them together. Stir the mixture all the time over medium-low heat until it is smooth and well mixed. Take the pan off the heat and carefully fold in the cornflakes until they are covered all over. Put heaping spoonfuls of the mix on wax or parchment paper to make clusters. Take the clusters out of the oven and let them cool down. Place the chocolate chips in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each time until the mixture is smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the berries. Let the chocolate harden before you serve the clusters or put them away in a container that won't let air in.
