Chapter 3: Sunday

He blinks once, twice, and turns his head to see Isak sitting by the foot of the bed. He’s shirtless, and there’s a delighted smile on his face.

"Hi, baby," Isak says, voice morning hoarse and a little wet. “I’ve been waiting for you to wake up.”

“You have?” Even smiles back, pulls the rest of the duvet off himself in order to see Isak properly, and when he does, his mouth turns dry.

Chapter 2: Saturday

Even has to admit that it’s thrilling to walk around in this bubble, invisible to everybody else. He can stand in this vintage shop and sort through the clothes rack, Isak two meters away doing the same. Knowing that absolutely no one has a clue of the thrill running down Even’s spine when Isak turns around and meets his gaze.

Isak thought he accomplished the hard bit coming out to his friends. They accepted it like it wasn’t a big deal; like it didn’t even matter. They even encouraged Isak to get out in the world.  So what was the point in mentioning a crush he’d had in the past? It was over at that time anyways.  The only problem should have been that Isak was too slow to say no to the plan forming in his friends’ minds, and he found himself in the middle of a bet.  Who could set Isak up with the perfect man? Isak had no say in the matter.  The bet was on.

There was just one other problem

Isak wasn’t as single as his friends thought he was.
