Going to the Rockaway Beach Pirate Festival?  Here's a preliminary line up of what we'll have.  We're working on one or two more things, but here's a little taster (as it were) to get you started:

Scurvy Breakers - Orange thumbprint-style cookies filled with a high-vitamin C orange jam

The Portland Geek Council is having an awesome party: The Epic WINter Formal!

There are going to be a lot of fun things about it, as you can tell from the above poster. But of particular interest to Doubleclicks enthusiasts is this:

the ladies of PDXyar.org are going to be singing some shanties, and they've asked us to accompany them with our cello and ukulele for a little bit. We are going to! And they've lent us corsets!

It looks like this will happen sometime after 10pm. Heehee.
