That all combined with it not being a bonus on PDP makes it feel like a track that can and does stand on its own, but will always be unfinished.

I always liked the idea of a purely emotional piece being stylized as unfinished or under construction. It sorta makes it feel more raw imo

meet my darling child PDP! (portable dvd player) they are a creation made by steve cobs (and technically a sibling to mephone4?) they lived with steve cobs, being created just before mephone4 left so they never got to really meet him, spending most of their time in solitude. Cobs was ignorant of their wishes (such as using their preferred pronouns, only calling them by she/her) after the death of steve cobs PDP came back with the others to inanimate insanity and ended up becoming an assistant of the O.S.C. And was somewhat adopted by fan and test tube who pitied them at first, but PDP's quirks quickly charmed the two into treating them like family. PDP tries their best to put their past behind them, becoming a warm beacon of positivity in the community and hosting weekly movie nights! (With a strong preference for horror) but their past continues to haunt them once again after meeting poppy, fearing that cobs would return that turned into a mental spiral that left them scribbling theories on how he could possibly return and the ways to bring them back, PDP both never wants to see him again but also misses him greatly, for he was the only individual in their early years, they also partially blame themselves for his death- what if they were there? Could they have prevented such a fate? These thoughts aren't at all helped by fan's accident, causing them to become extremely clingy to test tube and bot, fearing that if they were apart the rest of their loved ones would end up broken. PDP had very minimal interactions but the few that happened were very awkward, neither really wish to see the other again.
