I'm so pissed off the consultant won't give me leave until I calm down for a few days but the nurse has good news about my placement apparently so we will see.

PD unit.
This really does suck well more than suck. I hate hate hate this. Truly. Been told I have to go to a personality disorder unit on section 3. I have to wait here until they find somewhere suitable. I'm not allowed home until they find the right place. It could be months. I'be also appealed my section 3 but my social worker won't support my application. It's so fucking shit. Really doubt that I'd win my tribunal because of the PD unit stuff. It could be anywhere in the country. I've refused cygnet and she said she'll avoid placing me there. This is the worst thing because I want to go to university in a year and go back to work. They are saying this will help me graduate from university, start my dream career in psychology. She also said my experience with my mental health will make me a better professional. She really believes in me. She's amazing. Everyone on the ward (staff) think it's an amazing opportunity and say if I don't get treatment now it will just be the same cycle of suicide attempts, sections and self harm. I admit they are right and I know I need therapy and treatment but I really do not want 18 months of my life taken away. If I go there I wont graduate from uni until I'm 27 but they said I'll be a better more mature professional at that age as I will be easier to talk too as people often prefer people that bit older but they all believe I will be an amazing psychologist and believe I have so much potential which is nice. Had a really long chat with my social worker and staff so I'm feeling a little better about going but that will most likely change later but posi for now.
