Peck is a character I’ve been fascinated with for a while now. I know he’s the movie-dickhead we love to hate. But honestly, I just love him. A lot of people have been going back and realising that his motivations in the film were actually justified. Even if shutting down the storage facility was THE stupidest fucking thing he could have done. Plus after rewatching the film, Venkmen was a bit of a dick to him first. I just love how he’s developed and become more fleshed-out as a character in the game and IDW comics. Now being forced into this symbiotic, but still contentious, relationship with the Ghostbusters; after becoming the head of PCOC.

(And yes, I still love that they pronounce it as “Peacock”)

Seriously, the comics are bloody amazing and they’ve especially been great for him as a character. Having some great stand-out and even heartfelt moments... as well as watching him get kicked up and down the garden path for being an arsehole.
