jump to conclusion:
INSTALL Intel Matrix Storage Manager
not the new version, use mainboard driver older version.
in my case, mainboard is P5B, then go ASUS download older version Intel Matrix , overwrite the new version. dont worry it just fine. works on my machine twice.
reboot and enjoy.
install windows 7 on SSD have well 4k sector (fixing bootmgr is missing problem)
boot with Win7 DVD/USB
when "where you want to install windows?", use "Drives options (advenced)" on right down corner, delete SSD partition change to "Unallocated Space".
add new partition again, win7 will add 1 more partition call "System Reserved" with 100mb size.
IF you wanna delete this 100mb drive, first, delete another new disk space, and extend "System Reserved" to full drive size, last but not least, FORMAT AGAIN. you'll see "System Reserved" changed to normal partition feel free.
press next continue to install.
