So I've got the gerber files and need to view them!

I'm going to look at them in the GerbView option that's on the main KiCad screen.  From there, you can just open the different gerber files to see what that specific layer will print out.  Here's the front silkscreen:

For now I'm going to upload the files to OSH Park as there's a viewer there too!  To prep the files you need to make them into a zip file.  I did that by highlighting the gerber files, You may have to remove the dashes 

Cue troubleshooting:

Try 1: The files had extensions like .gbl, .gtl, .drl, .gbs, .gts, .gbo, and .gto.  Only one was in the *.gbr extension.  So I manually changed them all to match the suggested names on OSHPark's site.

Try 2: Solder mask looks to be all one solid piece...so I had to change the pads mask clearance (Preferences --> Dimensions --> Pads Mask Clearance) to 0.0025.  Default is something like 0.01.

Try 3: Something about the soldermask and the silkscreen layer being problematic...Maybe the soldermask is covered by silkscreen?

Oh haha, false alarm!  Apparently Jayson's cheapo gerber viewer wasn't showing the two layers of the soldermask/silkscreen business.  Here's a better look at what will probably be printed.
