VGN Dragonfly3 PRO Max Review: Is This $38 Gaming Mouse a Game Changer?
★★★★★ (100.0%/5) Unleash Your Game: The VGN Dragonfly3 PRO Max at a Steal Are you tired of sluggish, heavy gaming mice that die mid-match or break the bank? Gamers know the frustration: input lag, tangled wires, or a dead battery just when you’re about to land that clutch shot. What if there was a mouse that promised e-sports performance, multi-mode connectivity, and incredible battery life…
Mouse with a tiny screen
Turtle Beach has introduced a new gaming mouse called the MC7, part of its Command series, and it comes with a built-in 2.25-inch touchscreen. The display can show system stats, settings, and other customizable info directly on the mouse itself.
The MC7 also uses hot-swappable batteries, each offering around 15 hours of use, so one can charge while the other is in use. It’s designed to avoid downtime, especially for longer gaming sessions.
Priced at $160, the mouse sits firmly in the premium category, aiming to stand out with its unusual mix of features rather than competing on simplicity or cost.
My Thoughts: A touchscreen on a mouse feels like one of those ideas that sounds unnecessary until someone finds a very specific use for it—and then suddenly it makes sense to a small but dedicated crowd.

Does anyone have a particular brand of wired mouse they've found to be reliable?
I prefer a basic button layout: left, right, and clickable scroll wheel. Extra buttons are useless.
I used to use Logitech but they're inconsistent. Some last a few years; my last one only made it a year until it had click problems.
I tried EVGA because they claim a much higher click lifetime for a price comparable to other mice, but the build quality is trash. The scroll wheel failed within the first month--it scrolled up and down simultaneously every time.
They made me argue for them to pay for shipping for an RMA, expecting me to pay more than the cost of a mouse to ship it back. (Yeah. I did not tolerate that. They sent a shipping label.) Now, a few months later, the scroll wheel is failing again. 🙃
I'm not sure who makes a decent mouse anymore. Recommendations?
