Cheesy Pav Bhaji Pita Pockets π for a perfect evening meal π€€ . .Tried a Middle Eastern twist to our anytime favourite Cheese Pav Bhaji by using Pita Breads instead of the Pav, the dish turned out to be amazing as we baked the pita pockets in oven and the melted cheese blended so well with the Bhaji and the Crispy pita bread.
