A sequence of events:
After a couple months of features not working, another user informs me that my inability to use messages or replies is due to being shadowbanned.
October 2025: I send a support request.
November 2025, a.k.a. 1 month later: Nothing has happened. No word from support. I send another support request.
May 2026, a.k.a. 7 months later: Nothing has happened. No word from support. I send another support request.
The very same day that I sent my third support request: I get an email from support. My issue has been fixed.
HOWEVER, in their email, they also say this:
In the future please refrain from sending too many unsolicited and similar messages or asks as that violates our User Guidelines regarding Spam or your blog will be automatically restricted again. Please note that subsequent violations of our User Guidelines may result in account termination.
Which I find galling because: It is YOU, @staff, who ignored my ticket for SEVEN MONTHS until I finally sent enough pleas that someone took notice and did something! If I sent just one ask, my account never would have gotten fixed! I would love to only have to ask for help ONCE! I know that this site is understaffed and TBH I wouldn't have even cared about the long wait, except that you have the gall to tell ME off for a problem caused by YOUR workforce! I'm fine
