Lindsay’s defense is “I killed my children because I was not in my right mind.” Her defense is NOT “I killed my children because I was manipulated by my husband.” I’m so excited for the end of this when the uwu-fied caricature of the defense attorney doesn’t materialized and Lindsay is sentenced to life in an institution.

When did we start defending family annihilators? Is that how far we’ll go to defend white femininity? This same court just refused to allow psychiatric health evidence to be used in Latarsha Sander’s defense.

I’m so ready for this spectacle to end. I’m ready for things to happen to the true crime community but I’ll get in trouble for speaking on that.

HE SENT AN EMAIL AT A TIMESTAMP THAT PLACED HIM AT HOME DURING THE MURDERS

HE WAS LACING HER WITH MEDS THAT SHE STOPPED THREE MONTHS PRIOR SO SHE FELT CRAZY

HE WAS A SAILOR AND KNEW HOW TO DO THOSE KNOTS

A YEAR BEFORE THE MURDERS HE WAS LOOKING AT STUDIO APARTMENTS

HE TRIED TO KILL HIS WIFE TOO BUT SHE LIVED SO HE HAD TO BACKTRACK AND GASLIGHT HER INTO THINKING SHE WAS SO CRAZY/OUT OF IT THAT SHE DID IT AND MADE HER FEEL LIKE SHE WAS THE MONSTER

So... this is what I think happened. Obviously just my opinion.

Patrick crushed up pills and gave Lindsay and the kids the pills not to kill them yet, but to subdue them. The kids passed out and he put them in the basement. He then tried killing Lindsay by slicing her wrists. He locked the door behind him and left to go to CVS with her watch. He called her and called himself back from her watch.

In the car he saw on the security cameras that Lindsay had crawled out of the window to escape and save her kids.

He ran home, finding her on the ground outside, he stepped in her blood. He then went down and tied the ropes around the kids necks. Walked upstairs putting her watch in the drawer, changed his boots to running shoes and a new shirt. He then ran to the car and drove to the restaurant. He got the food went back to the house and checked if the kids were dead. Before calling 911.
