Let me just say that I have been a long time fan of Pokémon since day one.  I’ve owned majority of every single game (minus Black and White) and I can’t express the joy it brought into my life.  Sure it’s a little more appealing to children because of the animation for Sun&Moon series, but it’s the fact that what started as a silly little trend that was banned from schools turned into a lifestyle.  To be able to sit down with my son and “train” him in the ways of old, words can’t begin to describe it.  This picture was painted by a Patrick Albert, and it’s description goes even deeper than a self-proclaimed Pokémon Master would know.  It reads: “The games have told us that there has already been a Pokémon War, but it's kept vague.  Due to this lack of detail, it's likely that many of us haven't really considered the true destruction that could come about from the use of Pokémon in war.  Who knows how effective modern weapons would be against a rampant legendary.  We don't see proper guns or any heavy weaponry in the anime (aside from a banned episode) or games, so we really don't know how they'd fare.  But you'd expect a bullet to bestow a fate worse than fainting.”
