One Project i worked on is (nearly) finished. Well at least the top is finished! I have to wait for some days, so i have enough place again to finish this blanket.

Second ever quilt finally completed. This one gave me nothing but problems but I got there in the end.
One strip of blocks is finished! Sooo many squares...now i need a rest.

Plans for today: Finish my patchwork blanket (finally). Eating chocolate (a lot). Drinking herbal tea (stay healthy and hydrated)...and take naps.
Upcycling. Turning these two duvet covers into a patchwork quilt. Progress so far. Itâs so rewarding turning unwanted items into beautiful things. As they say, âone mans junk is another mans treasureâ.
I thought Iâd share the progress of my creation so far from a birthday gift. Iâve turned some Kaffe Fassett 5â squares from Freespirit Fabrics into disappearing 4 squares and then bought some more fabric by Freespirit to frame the blocks which will eventually end up a lap quilt. Itâs my second quilt that Iâve ever made. And Iâm dead proud of it so far. Although it is a little too bright! đđđ
