A 14 year old boy killed his grandparents at home then attacked his school and killed 6 more people before committing suicide.
The shooter estimated to be born around 2011 or 2012 lived with his grandparents after his parents separated when he was small, he stayed with them for 12 years before killing them.
His TikTok and YouTube accounts were banned im not sure if his yt acc was actually banned.
True Crime and Internet Radicalization: Investigating teams stated that the perpetrator followed violent/gore channels on the fringes of "True Crime" communities on the internet and social media, and learned how to use firearms and change magazines directly from videos shared by these communities.
Computer Analysis and True Crime Massacre Fascination:
Examination of the suspect's seized desktop computer revealed that he had specifically searched for and thoroughly examined videos and information related to School Shootings in the United States.
The perpetrator had saved at least five specific video clips of mass shootings abroad to his computer and watched them intensively for about a week before the attack (starting from July 30)
The image you see above is the shooter's official school conduct record. On December 25, 2025, his score was deducted by 30 points for violating school regulations by bringing a toy gun/BB gun into the school premises. This clearly shows that the shooter was already giving warning signs months before the attack.
The Chronological and Technical details of the massacre perpetrated by 14 year old Patchata Yimruang have been officially reported in four main stages.
Stage 1: The Assault at Home and Escape
He shot his grandparents around 4 or 5 in the morning. His grandfather was probably preparing breakfast for him before he went to school. His grandmother was probably still asleep in bed.
Locked Outer Door: The first police officers arriving at the scene discovered that the main outer door had been locked from the outside by the perpetrator. According to the forensic investigation, the perpetrator locked the door and left the house taking the keys with him right after killing his grandparents, solely to prevent the murders from being noticed immediately.

Stage 2: Entry to the School and Murders on Upper Floors
Assault After the Ceremony: The perpetrator arrived at school like a regular student attended the morning flag raising ceremony and entered the building right after.
09:53 AM (6th Floor): The perpetrator walked into classroom 3/8 on the 6th floor and shot his first teacher. He then moved to the adjacent classroom (Room 565) where he killed two more teachers and wounded a student.
09:54 AM (5th Floor - Weapon Jamming): The perpetrator descended to the lower floor. At this point, he removed his empty magazine and loaded a fresh, fully loaded magazine into his gun. However according to the police ballistics report, the weapon jammed right at that moment. This situation became a critical turning point that potentially saved the lives of many more students.
4th Floor: After fixing the issue with his weapon, the perpetrator went down to the 4th floor and shot both the vice principal of the school and the principal's secretary.
Stage 3: Lower Floors and the "Janitor" Detail
Advancing by Selecting Targets: The perpetrator continued down towards the 3rd, 2nd, and 1st floors, opening fire on groups of teachers and students he encountered.
He Spared the Janitor: One of the most striking details in the police report is that the perpetrator came face to face with a school janitor on the lower floors. The perpetrator did not fire at the janitor on the grounds that "he was not a teacher or an administrator" leaving him unharmed as he advanced towards other blocks (Building 4) while reloading his magazine. This situation demonstrated that the attack was not random, but a planned act of rage targeting the teaching staff.
Stage 4: Encounter with the Police and Suicide
10:02 AM (First Contact): Upon hearing gunshots, the first patrol police officer in standard uniform from the local police station entered the school.
10:08 AM (Negotiation Attempt): As the perimeter was surrounded, police units tried to speak with the perpetrator through megaphones, calling on him to surrender and cease fire.
10:10 AM (Suicide): Ignoring the police warnings and calls to surrender, the 14-year-old perpetrator realized he was cornered and ended his life by shooting himself with the same pistol. Tactical special operations teams completely cleared the building at 10:12 AM.
Forensic and Ballistics Findings
High accuracy Rate: In a public statement by the Royal Thai Police, forensic reports indicated that the perpetrator's shots were highly accurate, with bullets directly hitting the victims' vital areas (head and chest). Police confirmed that a 14 year old boy gained such professional aiming skills from tactical shooting videos on the internet.
Nazi Flag Detail Found in His Room During Home Raid: Immediately following the attack, police raided the home where the perpetrator lived with his grandparents. During searches of the house and in crime scene investigation images a Nazi flag was found hanging near the perpetrator's room/living area (in the area where the garage and room intersect)
Interviews with the Shooter's Parents Regarding Their Son's Actions
In the wake of the Debsirin Nonthaburi school shooting, Thai authorities summoned the suspect's parents for separate interrogations. Having been separated since the shooter was two years old both parents expressed immense grief and shock over the tragedy.
While the mother recalled the teenager as a normally behaved, sweet spoken boy who hid his academic stress and violent internet history the father took direct accountability for the public shame.
Emerging from the police headquarters, the father addressed the press with a brief but profound apology, i deeply apologize to society for the pain my son has caused. He was guilty, and he hurt people. There is nothing i can say to justify this. The mother joined his plea during the funeral services stating that their family is entirely devastated by the massacre.
