i know Buck is supposed to end up with another woman in season 4 but I also know thereâs supposed to be some âunexpectedâ people quarantining together, if I remember right? so I simply am choosing to believe this season is the set up for a jealously plot. Buck has been living with Eddie and Chris bc of Corona and suddenly he finds a new gf and it... complicates things at home, to say the least. Eddie is jealous but canât admit it and Buckâs mad bc Eddie is clearly not telling him something and he thinks itâs just that Eddie doesnât like his new gf, but itâs MORE than that. Eventually, it comes to a head, and BAM, we get a confession. Hopefully, at least. I have no idea if this is how itâll really play out but Lord, am I manifesting-
Hi there! Thank you for choosing me to talk about this with, god knows im a sucker for a good jealousy plot <3. The thing is, we donât know for sure that heâs going to get a new girlfriend. Itâs been said that thereâs a new woman in his life, not that itâs for sure a romantic interest. Oliver also replied to and then deleted a fans tweet that makes me think it isnât a love interest at all.
That being said, I am really curious as to who has been quarantining together, and if Buck DOES get a new gf, or hell, if Eddie does, Iâm interest in how that would effect the dynamic between them. I think iâve said this before, but Iâm not against a female love interest for either of them at all. Of course I want Buddie to be endgame, but what I donât want to see is another love interest that.....is one dimensional, only there for a few episodes, and only exists as a booster to the boys stories/trauma/etc. If theyâre going to do it, do it right. I want women who have their own lives and their own stories and are interesting you know? Thatâs not to say that both cant happen. That there canât be a woman that becomes genuinely important to one of them AND has their own importance and story to tell. OR that that relationship wonât bring out some sort of jealousy response in the other one. Iâm really curious to see how this goes. IâM most curious though in Christopherâs reaction to either of them starting to seriously date again. I also feel like the road to canon Buddie, if it happens at all still has quite a long way to go. Iâm with you, I'm definitely manifesting some Buddie vibes, all I want is Buddie endgame, but can we not do it at the expense of yet another relationship for one of them that.....isnât worth even showing in the long run? Can we not at he expense of yet another female characters potential? I guess weâll see.Â

Blisters by eggstasy. This line that killed me is in it: When Bakugou searches himself for what a hero looks like, Bakugou pictures Kirishima. I havenât been the same since. Â
Quietly by chezka. i normally prefer the pining stage in fics but krbk fics where they go from friends to lovers and their relationship is explored are my shit. And this one is amazing. Also i really liked the ending.
Papier Machismo by Legendaerie. Bakugou is such a strong character but itâs especially interesting to see people explore his vulnerabilities. this fic did it so well, loved it.
Under The Same Stars by Unbreakable_Red_Riot. This one had me in tears (the good kind) and the ending stole my heart.

Tonight, Weâre the Sea by idratherhaveyou. I think this was one of the first fics i read for this pairing? I donât remember it well bc it was a while ago but thereâs a certain feeling i get when i think about it. I just really like this kind of story.
 Against All Odds, Thriving by jettiebettie. I donât know if itâs a trope but âperson A takes a picture of person B and the picture makes their feelings so obviousâ is my weakness, it really be like that. Also I laughed a few times while reading this.
