The way that this is just screaming Angel Reyes to me. Like, I'm just picturing him getting into an argument with Gilly after a bunch of shit hits the fan. Maybe a bunch of club stuff goes to shit, or maybe Angel's shitshow of a personal continues to get even messier. But either way the two of them are arguing and Angel is on his bullshit.

I can just so vividly picture and hear Gilly getting fed up with him and saying, "The call is coming from inside the fucking house!" because he just can't with Angel's complete and utter lack of self-awareness anymore 😂

Her sister would have started making her way down just to make sure she was safe. That was the last thing either of them needed.

Back and Forth would be a fic that would be mostly fluff and a little angst. Mainly it would be about a long-distance relationship that grows from friendship into something more. The fic would consist of mail (letters, emails, texts...depending on the fandom and characters) from one character to another. We would see the slow progressions of feelings and references to things that happen outside of the story (injuries, events etc). I think it could be really cute. The angst would only really play a part in the longing that would show up as they pass that threshold of friendship.

I don't think I've ever written a fic that was done like a series of letters or notes, so that would be interesting. (clearly, I did not choose any specific characters or fandom because it's so hard to pick! lol)

“I think we died,” she tells him. There’s no response but Kit doesn’t expect one. She just needs someone to listen. “No, I know we died. Cora doesn’t–” she cuts herself off. It’s partly why she’s still here, in this room, hiding from the truth that surrounds her. “She doesn’t seem to know. Or remember. Which is good. I mean, why would I want her to remember dying but…I know we died in a train crash. There’s a voice. I can hear it sometimes, or I remember hearing it. Asking me what I would give to save her…” It’s the first time she says it out loud. It’s easier talking to someone who isn’t going to respond, who doesn’t expect her to take care of things. “I just…I wanted her to live. I didn’t–I didn’t want this.”

Can I get some deets on that? 🥰

Fun fact: I originally put the "They Were Roommates" title as a placeholder until I came up with something better because the request the person sent in made me think of the vine, but then I got attached to it and now I refuse to change it 😂

But! The fic is centered around my OC Jazmin, who is new to Santo Padre and ends up crossing paths with Nestor. Neither Jazmin nor Nestor are known for being people who are good at letting their guards down or being open books. Because of that, Jazmin never realizes who Nestor is working for or that the people that he complains about from work are the guys from the MC, and Nestor never realizes that her roommate's boyfriend is the person from the MC that he inadvertently complains about the most: Angel. After weeks of half-truths and secrets, everything eventually ends up coming to a head.

By and large, it's a relatively fluffy series. And for as much as the fic is about Jazmin and Nestor, I've really had a blast writing the interactions between Jazmin and her roommate Luci as well. The two of them are so different but they have such a fun, comfy vibe together.

I've had the majority of it plotted out for the longest time it's just a matter of actually writing it all down. 😂 WHen I work on it, I always have so much fun.

And, an extra fun fact, while EZ wasn't really meant to be a part of the main cast of characters in the story, because it is Me and I am an EZ Girlie, he has weaseled his way onto the call-sheet 😂

But I'm so excited to finish this and start posting it. 🥰

This is from one of my wips that has yet to touch the light of day but I love it so much. It's a Juice × OFC (Chris Teller) longfic and goddd i need to buckle down and finish it 😂

“Wanna go for a ride?” he offered with no hesitation.

She let out a half-hearted laugh, “You just got here, Juice.”

“Yea, I’m not attached to the party at all,” he smiled, “I’ve got a spare helmet if you wanna go.”

It wasn’t often that an offer of solace came by so genuinely. She knew that she shouldn’t overthink it, but she still hesitated, not in a particularly trusting mood given the circumstances. “You sure?”

He nodded, trying to contain the excitement bubbling up in his chest, “Yea, of course. Anything in particular you wanna do?”

She shook her head, “No. I just,” she choked out a laugh as she ran her hand through her hair, “I just need to be around someone who isn’t an asshole right now. You can do that, right?”

He smiled, tilting his head slightly, “Seems like a low bar to meet but, yea. You got it,” he motioned for her to follow him, “C’mon.”
