Saints WR Michael Thomas had a little something something to say when it was announced that Bill Vinovich would ref in this year's Super Bowl. Vinovich was one of the refs involved in the infamous non-call in the 2018 NFC Championship game between the Rams and Saints.
☝️The no-call helped send the Rams to last year's Super Bowl instead of the Saints.

Goodbye, pass interference replay review The NFL's half-baked idea to review pass interference is dead. The rule failed so miserably, in the words of league executive vice president Troy Vincent, that it won't so much as appear on the agenda for an owners conference call Thursday to vote on rule proposals.
Prompted by the egregious non-call for pass interference in the final minutes of the Rams/Saints 2018 NFC Championship game, NFL owners voted 31-1 yesterday to approve a rule that allows for both offensive and defensive pass interference to be subject to review.
This includes non-calls and it will allow coaches to challenge those calls in the first 28 minutes of each half. In the final two minutes of each half, those calls will be subject to a booth review.
For now, this rule change is only for the 2019 season.
Reportedly, Bengals owner Mike Brown was the only one who voted no.
