These Instant Pot cheesy potatoes are creamy, flavorful, and perfect for any party. The slow cooker does all the work, leaving you with a delicious side dish that everyone will love!
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs potatoes, thinly sliced. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1/4 cup chicken broth. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: In the bottom of the slow cooker, put half of the sliced potatoes. Shred the cheese and mix it with the sour cream, melted butter, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cover the potatoes in the slow cooker with half of the cheese mixture. Add more layers with the rest of the cheese and potato mixture. On low heat, cover and cook for 4 to 5 hours, or until potatoes are soft. Before you serve the potatoes, sprinkle them with chopped fresh parsley.
