Une salade fraîche et savoureuse à base de couscous perlé, de fenouil croquant et d'herbes aromatiques. Parfait pour une entrée légère ou un accompagnement estival.
Ingredients: 200g de couscous perl. 1 bulbe de fenouil. 1 citron. 2 cuillres soupe d'huile d'olive. 1 bouquet de persil frais. 1 bouquet de coriandre frache. Sel et poivre au got.
Instructions: Spread the couscous perl in a salad bowl. Add 300 ml of salty water to the bowl, and then spread it out on the couscous. Close it and let it rest for 5 minutes. During that time, lave and finely mince the fenouil. To get the juice out of the lemon, press it. Once the couscous is cooked, use a fourchette to separate it. In a bowl with couscous, mix the mint leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, persil, and fresh coriander. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well until you get a smooth salad. Set the taste to your liking by adding salt and pepper. Place the salad in the fridge at least 30 minutes before serving so that the flavors can develop.
