But unfortunately many of us don't consume enough protein .. mostly carbohydrates. . Especially when we diet and create a calorie deficit .. the body will "burn" all mass instead of fat. . So how can you be sure it's just fat burning? Need enough PROTEIN💯 . So I think you need to get enough .. 1g protein = 1kg weight .. ex: 70kg need 70g protein. . One meal only needs 20-25g of protein .. can't eat a single chicken, waste it .
