Ingredients: 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cup cucumber, diced. 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped. 1 cup canned corn, drained. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated. 1 cup ranch dressing.
Instructions: In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped iceberg lettuce as the first layer. Add a layer of halved cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce. Next, create a layer of diced cucumber followed by a layer of chopped red bell pepper. Spread a layer of drained canned corn over the bell peppers. Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese over the corn. Top the salad with cooked bacon bits for a savory touch. Finally, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the bacon bits.
