A heavenly parfait featuring layers of coconut-infused goodness, graham cracker crust, and a luscious creamy filling.
Ingredients: 1 cup shredded coconut. 1 cup crushed graham crackers. 1 cup coconut cream. 1 cup whipped cream. 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Shred coconut, crush graham crackers, and melt butter together in a bowl. Combine well. To make a crust, press the mixture into the bottom of serving glasses. Whip the coconut cream in a different bowl until it is light and fluffy. Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Carefully mix the whipped coconut cream with the whipped cream until everything is well mixed. Mix the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream until it is smooth. Spread the creamy mixture in the glasses on top of the crust. Put the parfaits in the fridge for at least two hours so they can set. If you want, you can sprinkle chopped nuts on top before serving.
