Questa mattina mia nonna, mia zia ed io siamo andate a piedi in paese nella mia pasticceria preferita, La perla, per fare colazione. Ho deciso di ordinare una tazza di latte accompagnata da uno dei tipici dolci sardi che preferisco, la Pardula.
Le Pardule ( Pardulas de Arrescottu, in sardo ) sono un tipico dolce locale, molto buono e sostanzioso. Sono dei canestrini ripieni di ricotta e zafferano, profumate con la buccia di agrumi come arancia e limone. Possono essere anche a base di formaggio. Quelle che apprezzo di più sono a base di ricotta, più delicate e leggere! Nel passato erano tipici dolci pasquali; col tempo la loro preparazione fu allargata a tutte le feste comandate, adesso per mia fortuna si trovano in tutte le stagioni! 😋
