#pants pattern

Hello Friends and Happy Tuesday!

After several weeks of mockups and tweaks, I've finally made it to a finished mockup that I'm happy with!

I've shared a little post outlining some of the changes made to my pattern since the last update a few weeks ago, and soon, I'll be able to make a few new pairs of pajama pants!

From there, I can't wait to continue working on mockups of a more fitted pants pattern so I can finally wear clothes that actually fit me!

This week, I'm embarking on a quest to figure out how to make pants that fit my ridiculously oversized frame!

Sewing clothes isn't all that challenging once you know what you're doing, but drafting a flat pattern to fit over a dimensional form is difficult. I've been trying to figure out how to make pants and shorts that fit me the way I want so I won't have to rely on mass manufacturers who don't even make clothes in my size anyway, and this week's pattern drafting session was the first step towards that goal!
