Did a little hand stitching today on one of my outreach projects!
I finished appliqueing my second big lily flower, so that puts me about half way through the piecing!
I'm now up to the third large lily flower on this outreach project and so excited to see it coming together!
If I keep working on this and let me crochet squares sit for a bit, I might even have it finished by the end of the weekend!
But we'll just have to wait and see what happens!
It wasn't finished by the end of the weekend like I'd hoped, but I did find time to finish appliqueing my Water Lilies by the Lake row today!
It was a lot of fun to work on this kit and I can't wait to see what other outreach blocks will join it to finish the quilt!
Hello Friends and Happy Tuesday!
I've continued working on my quilt along pattern and the design is finally complete!
This week's post is just a small update on my pattern's progress, but you can check out the details by visiting the Fibre Arts blog!

With the current wildfires in Quebec, my area has become pretty overcast and smokey.
Not the best weather for being out and about in, and it's definitely not very nice on my lungs, so I've decided to stay home wirh Meara and work on some crochet squares!
I'm missing out on my guild's Sew and Sip, but there will be another one next month. Stay safe everyone!

Hello Friends and Happy Tuesday!
After a few weeks of progress, I'm excited to share a new project update!
I've been doing a good job limiting the number of different projects I'm working on simultaneously, which means what I have been working on has progressed well!
Check out the Fibre Arts blog to see exactly what I've been up to!

Hello Friends and Happy Tuesday!
After nearly a month since my last update, we've made some big progress in our sewing studio renovations!
It's still not completely finished, but it's finally beginning to look like a room rather than a construction zone!
Check out the Fibre Arts blog for more details about our progress!
Hello Friends and Happy Tuesday!
After another month of stitching progress and an update to my seasonal goals, I'm excited to share a new project update!

Hello Friends and Happy Summer!
With a new season upon us, I'm excited to look back at what I've been working on over the past few months, see how I've progressed towards my goals, and decide what to work towards in the coming months!
But when I did that, I realized I've been so busy with moving and renovating that I actually didn't set any goals for the Spring season! So this month we'll be looking back half a year to the goals set back in December!
Check out the full post on the Fibre Arts blog and please let me know what you're planning to work on this Summer!
Hello Friends and Happy Tuesday!
After working on my design for a little while, I'm excited to finally share the first sneak peak at my next quilt along pattern!
Several of my current creative interests inspired the direction this pattern is taking, and I'm really excited with how it's coming along!
There are still a few changes to be made before it's ready for stitching, but I'm looking forward to taking each step one at a time!
Check out the Fibre Arts blog to see how I'm progressing through the design process!
Working on a kind of high concept quilt that's like an imitation of water lilies and lily pads. I'm digging it so far
Working on more patches for Meara's blanket today!
I decided to use the Cedar block this time and am really happy with how it's turning out!
Pretty soon, I'll have this patch finished and I'm really looking forward to seeing how it looks on the blanket!
Hello Friends and Happy Tuesday!
After another few weeks of progress, I'm excited to share what I've been working on!
I've done quite a bit more stitching on my crochet afghan, as well as the mending for Meara's blanket, but I've also thrown a few new projects into the mix!

I haven’t been posting quilt updates because I’ve just been doing the same thing. These are 48 of the 64 fans I need for the fan quilt.
Worked on some outreach blocks with Mom yesterday!
My sewing machine is currently at the mechanic, and won't be moved into the new house for a bit, so I had fun playing with Mom's machine instead!
After finishing those outreach blocks, Mom and I got to work on our own projects for a bit!
Mom has been making her own version of my Midnight Circus pattern in the large size using Autumn colours! For now, she has about a third of the quilt top in one piece!
I've continued working on my hexie patches for the back of Meara's blankie. I love how they're turning out and I think I picked the perfect colours to go with the existing backing!
