#panto

So Americans (specifically American right-wingers etc) really tend to not like drag queens/cross-dressing, right? And I don’t see the same sentiment echoed over here in UK at all, at least not to the extent that it is in the US. And I think I’ve figured out a contributor to WHY that is:

People in the UK grew up with panto.

Now bear with me here; it makes total sense when you think about it, we GREW UP with people doing drag/cross-dressing, for a lot of us it was an integral part of our childhood that every Christmas (or not Christmas, depending) we’d go to a panto with our parents or grandparents and see people in drag/cross-dressing, and it was completely normal. Americans didnt have that.

ok so i GOTTA TALK ABOUT MIMERO. i wanna go with a route that his whole motivating in post SPM are like. he knows what he's doing but he's confused to why he's even doing it in a way?? like yes he wanna mess up the overthere and underwhere balance.

he did end up in the overthere . that's the thing he's like, ina sort of limbo but he still wanna cause havoc. but why is he even doing that? he likes chaos but. why? sure he misses his silly buddy but WHY? both of them know their feelings aren't genuine at all. so WHY. and YET he still goes with whatever he's doing anyways cuz whatever he's feeling is complicated af (complete opposite and parallel to rose's situation. Mimero doesn't give a shit much about Dimentio coming back or staying dead but on the same time it EATS HIM UP ALIVE cuz he's confused af with his own wants and motivations) like ig he has emotions, alot; but he doesn't know how to precess them .

and also he has a final boss form The serpent. he doesn't have a specific goal anymore . He's ALREADY messing up balance, he's reaching star haven and is using those wishes . Then what? What will he do? He doesn't know . He's not feeling anything about it . Kinda connecting with the fact that he had no previous records in his book aka being a nobody forever. But now he IS ONE. Just on an emotional level than a physical level. Basically he's a nobody emotionally but he's there physically . And even physically it's not really him anymore. It's whatever the serpent is

now uhhhh extra lil fact is that Mimero is terrified of lakes and water, for two reasons.

My McLaren boys so strong! This is gonna be a total fight with who ever tries to go in front of them.

But my heart is broken with what happened with Jack Doohan D: I really hope next round can be a good one for him. And Yuki!!!!!!! Oh God, i really thought he could reach a podium, but, boy, he looks so strong this season, so, he and Jack are My choices for this 2025 (besides papaya ofc lol)

Well, now I think I'll go to write that mini cute chezzy Pato/Lando fic that is still on my mind, but that no one is gonna read ahaha. I'm happy in my little fandom where the only member is just me xDD lol
