Why Do We Need AI-MDVR with BSD and 360-Degree Panoramic View for Vehicle Surveillance?
The Blind Spot Detection (BSD) function not only serves as a means to record video evidence in the event of accidents caused by blind spots, but also helps to mitigate the risk of such accidents occurring in the first place.

Auxiliary effects on driver’s decision.
Upon activation of the vehicle's turn signal (left or right), the MDVR system automatically switches to the Blind Spot Detection (BSD) channel, displaying live video footage on a full 7-inch screen. This functionality is made possible through an I/O sensor that is connected to the vehicle's signal line during the initial MDVR installation, allowing for seamless triggering of the BSD channel.
As a result, the driver can immediately view the blind spot area on the display to check for any moving pedestrians or vehicles before making a turning maneuver, allowing for a more informed and safer driving decision.
Warning effect on pedestrians:
If a person or vehicle is detected in the blind spot, the BSD system will instantly trigger an audible alarm and flashing warning, alerting the driver to potential danger. Simultaneously, the warning also serves as an advance notification to pedestrians or vehicles in the blind spot, enabling them to take evasive action and avoid accidents that may result from the vehicle's turning maneuver.
360-degree Panoramic View & Video recording:
In contrast to conventional 360-degree panorama products on the market, which typically offer low resolutions of VGA 640x480 or 700tvl, our AI-MDVR boasts a superior 360-view function. This is achieved through the use of four 180-degree wide-angle 1080p AHD cameras, providing a comprehensive and high-definition view of the vehicle's surroundings on the monitor. Furthermore, the AI-MDVR enables real-time video recording, allowing for a permanent record of events. The system also offers advanced functionality, including the ability to automatically display each channel on the monitor based on the specific vehicle configuration. This is made possible by the AI-MDVR's 8-sensor I/O trigger, which enables seamless and customizable integration with various vehicle systems.

ICARVISIONS: Panoramic 360, Zero Blind Spots
In video surveillance, Panoramic 360 cameras provide comprehensive spherical coverage, capturing the entire surrounding environment in a single view.
Our 360-degree Vehicle Monitoring system integrates four wide-angle, night-vision cameras positioned at each side of the vehicle. Using AI algorithms, the system processes simultaneous feeds from all cameras to generate a real-time bird's-eye view on the display screen.
How does Panoramic 360 Vehicle Monitoring work?
The system employs four ultra-wide-angle cameras strategically mounted around the vehicle. An Electronic Control Unit seamlessly combines their feeds into a unified view, displaying it on a dashboard monitor. The display intelligently adapts to driving conditions, ensuring driver safety and minimizing distraction.
What is the difference between a reverse image system and a Panoramic 360 monitoring system?
Unlike modern solutions, traditional reverse camera systems rely on a single camera mounted above the license plate, offering only a 120-degree rear view. This limited visibility requires drivers to still depend on side mirrors during parking, making complex maneuvers potentially unsafe.
The Panoramic 360 Vehicle Monitoring system acts as the driver's extra set of eyes, providing complete visibility of obstacles and their proximity. By eliminating all blind spots, it enhances pedestrian safety and helps drivers navigate tight spaces, preventing costly collision damage.
