Pandora rosier as a child was taught by her parents to be manerable and polite. And she was. In a way. I like to think that she was very quiet as a child not out of shyness or of fear of her parents saying stuff like ‘little girls should be seen and not heard’. No I feel like it was because she was very observant and very curious but she never voiced her thoughts with anyone but Evan and regulus. I also feel like she really loved Narcissa and admired her and Narcissa in return had a soft spot with her and would treat her like a little sister. Also I headcanon her to be autistic, so she would hold a very strong eye contact. Also I dont like it when ppl make her personality the copy of Luna but I like to think that she was the ‘weird kid’ in school. As in she was always quiet so she’d be a target of ‘oh my friend likes you’ ‘oh you can talk?’ And stuff like that. ANYWAYS moving on to adulthood. So I know in the fandom for her major they head canon her to be a women in the STEM field, which I love but I also really like the idea of her being a fashion major because I think that it’d be her comfort zone. Like there’s no ‘normal’ way that she has to make her designs. She just does whatever she wants and it turns out wonderfully. Okay moving on to her love life. So when she got to college Barty and Dorcas joined the friend group with her, Evan and regulus. And she watched regulus fall in love with James Evan and Barty with each other and Dorcas pine over marlene so she felt a bit lonely. Like that stage of her life was very Falling Behind by Laufey. And she did date. But unfortunately the type that she attracted were very mansplaining. And whenever she talked about how her major is fashion, most of them would be like ‘fashion? Oh how sweet.’ Very disinterested. Anyways remember how I said she’s a fashion major? Well I headcanon Mary to be one as well. And they knew each other cuz yk they’re friends are dating each other. So they get closer in they’re classes and I headcanon the valkyries to have weekly brunches(which Dorcas joined after she and Marlene got together) and one day Mary was like hey wanna join brunch with us and she was like yk what sure why not. And she meets the wonderful lovely Lily Evans. And oh wow. Wow. She’s just completely and utterly entranced by her(me to Dora me too). And Lily is to. But. They have a loooooong friendship. Like I’m talking a year and a half. One day though, at a party, Lily and Pandora are both super drunk. And Pandora kisses her. And Lily kisses her back. And Pandora is so so happy, because finally. She’s hoped and dreamed for so long and finally. But then she realizes they’re both drunk so Lily probably doesn’t reperiocate feelings. So she stops and then whispers ‘sorry’ so softly Lily probably wouldn’t have heard it if she wasn’t so focused on her. So she goes to Evan and breaks down and he takes her home. Next day she wakes up and for a fleeting moment she forgets then everything about last night just comes crashing down. And it’s kinda funny thought cuz she is the image of I-kissed-my-best-friend-and-idk-what-to-do like she’s in an oversized sleep shirt, her hair is in a messy ponytail strained hanging over her forehead and sitting at the kitchen counter just staring into distance. AND THEN. The doorbell rings. And it’s. Ahem. THE LILY EVANS. And she looks like my-best-friend-kissed-me-but-I’m-gonna-do-something-about-it she’s in an oversized t shirts pladed pajama pants hair also a messy ponytail also a mess. And then before pandora could say anything Lily goes: ‘ I know. I know you kissed me and I kissed you back and you probably don’t think it means anything to me because we were drunk, but it does. It does pandora it means so much to me. I just wish I was sober when you’d done it so I could get the full experience of it.’ Pandora stares at her wide eyed. ‘You do,’ she says breathless-and oh. There’s that hope pumping through her body again. Except this time it feels like that hope is going to be satisfied again.(okay guys apparently this is too long I’m gonna write part 2 rn)
