Miharu tends to love going to the ocean, if mainly because Haku enjoys swimming in the ocean whenever she gets the chance ( or any huge body of water, really ). Whenever she feels like bothering Haku, she’ll ask to ride on Haku’s back, and they’ll go deep into the middle of the ocean together, with Miharu just relaxing on Haku’s back and occasionally reading a water-proof book. They enjoy the time they spend together.
Miharu doesn’t really have fond memories of the ocean. In Japan, she lived in-land, and so never made the journey to the beach, and there’s no ocean near Hogwarts either. In summers after arriving back from Hogwarts, she’s too busy fixing any mistakes she’s made while teaching herself Japanese magic to even think about taking a holiday to an ocean ( and then she dies at the age of sixteen, in a war that wasn’t supposed to be her own ).
