but basically i'm a sucker for ships where the plucky protagonist manages to thaw and charm even the most unlikely of hearts and i just love the idea of yugi taking the whole manga plotline event of yamiba claiming he's turned a new leaf and like.... challenging him on it like "okay come hang out with me then". there's this fic where he invites him out for a day at the mall. the arcade, a movie.... it's short but cute.
there's not a ton written for them that isn't a full au (i play mostly within canon) so i dont have a ton to recommend but that one is always my go-to as far as "so how could this get its start"

Hii anon! Um the ipad I use is an old model that my partner stole from his highschool, I'm not sure how to check the model but it's one of those where you have the plug the pencil into the ipad charging port and it looks like a big antenna. I think if you just want it for procreate getting a second hand one is probably fine, screen size is more important than the model (make sure it's big enough to comfortably draw for u ^^)
Also why is specifically death hawk Yami Marik I drew showing up in your dream.. this is scary anon....
