✿ パナジェッツ | Panallets ・バルセロナがあるカタルーニャ地方では、10月31日から11月1日の諸聖人の日に「カスタニャーダ」というお祝い事をする慣習があります。 ・この日の少し前からスーパーマーケットやパン屋さんには「パナジェッツ/Panallets」と呼ばれるお菓子が並びます。パナジェッツはお芋を使ったお菓子で、10月31日に食べるのが慣わしだそう。 ・伝統によると、11月1日の諸聖人の日は先祖の魂が戻ってくるため、前夜から一晩中鐘を鳴らすのを手伝いその体力を保つため栄養価の高いお菓子を食べたのだとか。
