If there's oxtail on a menu, I'm 99% going to order it! "Rabo Encendido" means "Oxtail on Fire" and is a traditional Cuban favorite. Oxtail is braised in a spicy creole wine sauce and served with rice and corn fritters. I could totally make this dish during the fall and cooler months! #Pambiche #cubanfood (at Pambiche)
Take me back to our first day in Portland where our first dinner was at @pambiche! It's been a long time since I've had good Cuban food and I wanted @matt.tulpa to experience it as authentically as possible! We started with a sample of everything, Picadillo empanada, bacalao (fish) and potato croquetas, with maíz frituras. What's your fave Cuban dish? #pambiche #cubanfood (at Pambiche)
